We want you to love every bite of your Nutalie’s order! If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at welovenutalies@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Because our products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for taste preferences. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or not up to our usual standards, we’re happy to issue a replacement or refund.
When contacting us, please include your order number, photos/videos of the product, and a description of the issue. This will help us investigate and ensure the same problem doesn’t happen again.
